Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the MyVin.am website (myvin.am) or purchasing any report through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Armenian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and MyVin.am.
Service Description
MyVin.am is a digital vehicle intelligence platform operating in the Republic of Armenia. We provide the following services via our website:
A full vehicle history report sourced from the Carfax database via our third-party vehicle history data providers. Includes ownership history, accident records, service history, title information, and mileage records.
A vehicle history report sourced from the AutoCheck (Experian) database via our third-party vehicle history data providers. Particularly detailed on auction history, salvage records, and AutoCheck Score.
A factory-specification report detailing the original equipment and configuration of a vehicle as built by the manufacturer, sourced from our third-party vehicle specification services.
All reports are delivered digitally. You will receive a link to view the report online immediately upon successful payment, plus a backup copy sent to the email address you provide at checkout. MyVin.am does not provide physical documents.
Eligibility
To use MyVin.am, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
- Not be using the service in violation of any applicable law.
By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. MyVin.am reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason.
Purchases and Payment
No account registration is required to purchase a report. Reports are purchased on a per-VIN basis. Each purchase grants you a single report for the VIN specified at the time of purchase.
All prices are displayed and charged in Armenian Dram (AMD).
We accept card payments (Visa, MasterCard, ArCa) processed through a licensed Armenian bank vPOS gateway, and IDram wallet payments.
All payment transactions are secured with 256-bit TLS encryption. Your card details are processed directly by our banking partner and are never stored on MyVin.am servers.
Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. Report generation begins immediately upon confirmation.
Refund Policy
100% Money-Back Guarantee
If your report fails to generate after a confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. No questions asked.
5.1 — Eligible for Refund
A refund will be issued if the report completely fails to generate (i.e., no report content is returned) despite a successful payment. Report generation failure must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days of the failed transaction.
5.2 — Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available for successfully delivered reports. Because vehicle history data is sourced from third-party databases at the moment of your request, the report is consumed upon generation — even if the information it contains is not what you were expecting. We strongly encourage you to use our free VIN check tool before purchasing to confirm data availability.
5.3 — How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your VIN, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Chargeback Policy
Contact Us Before Initiating a Chargeback
We always prefer to resolve issues directly and quickly. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank or card issuer without first contacting MyVin.am support — and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your issue — may result in immediate restriction of your access to our platform and the sharing of transaction records with our banking partner to contest the dispute. We maintain full records of all transactions, report deliveries, and email confirmations.
Report Accuracy Disclaimer
Vehicle history reports provided through MyVin.am are sourced from third-party databases, including Carfax and AutoCheck (Experian), as well as third-party vehicle specification services. We act as an intermediary and have no control over the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the underlying data.
MyVin.am does not guarantee that any vehicle history report is complete, accurate, or free from errors.
Reports may not reflect all incidents, accidents, or title changes, particularly those not reported to relevant authorities.
A "clean" report does not guarantee a vehicle is free from defects, prior damage, or undisclosed history.
Reports should be used as one tool among several in your vehicle research — not as the sole basis for a purchase decision. We strongly recommend a physical inspection by a qualified mechanic before buying any vehicle.
MyVin.am is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on report data.
Intellectual Property
The content of vehicle history reports is owned by the respective data providers (Carfax, Experian AutoCheck, and our other licensed data partners) and is licensed to us for redistribution to end users. The MyVin.am website design, branding, code, and original content are owned by MyVin.am.
Your License
When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the report content for your own private, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the report content.
MyVin.am Property
The MyVin.am name, logo, website design, and all original written content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our branding is prohibited.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use MyVin.am for any of the following purposes:
Purchasing reports for resale or redistribution to third parties, with or without modification.
Using bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to access, extract, or collect data from our platform.
Presenting our reports as your own product or misrepresenting the source of the data.
Using our service in connection with any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
Attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
Attempting to bypass any technical or access restrictions on the platform.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of your access to the platform and, where appropriate, legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Armenian law, MyVin.am and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.
- Any loss or damage arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information in a vehicle history report.
- Any vehicle purchase decision made in reliance on a report obtained through our platform.
- Temporary unavailability of the service due to technical maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Unauthorized access to your data resulting from events outside our reasonable control.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report that gave rise to the claim.
Service Availability and Modifications
MyVin.am strives to maintain continuous availability of our service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including report types, pricing, or features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance. MyVin.am shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Privacy
Your use of MyVin.am is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with Armenia's Law on Protection of Personal Data (2015).
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of MyVin.am are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Armenian law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with MyVin.am, we encourage you to follow this process:

Formal Notice
If a resolution cannot be reached informally, either party may send a formal written notice of the dispute. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for at least 30 days before pursuing further action.
Armenian Courts
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of MyVin.am after revised terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the service. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
